Let me solve Test Automation for your business, from initial setup right through to scaling up your entire test suite in the cloud for maximum performance and efficiency. Full documentation and handover provided.
Setup
You're just starting out. I can build an easy-to-use test automation framework that scales with your business.
- 2–6 weeks
- Fixed price
This is for you if
- There's little or no automation, or only a handful of ad-hoc scripts.
- Every release still means a pile of manual QA.
- You want conventions in place from the start, including for agents, before the suite grows.
What I'll do
- Learn your product, the riskiest flows, the stack, and CI. Decide what to automate first and what we are leaving alone.
- Choose tools and put the test setup and conventions in your repo, including skill files, so people and agents write tests the same way.
- Build the first suite (API and/or browser) to establish the patterns.
- Wire it into CI for regular test runs.
- Full documentation, and dashboard to view your test results.
Scale
Some automated tests exist, but you need some help to take it further.
- 2-6 weeks
- Fixed price
This is for you if
- Tests fail regularly.
- Tests take too long to run.
- You're producing code and features faster than you can test them.
What I'll do
- Assess the existing patterns, and identify areas for improvement.
- Fix the structure and conventions that keep causing the same failures.
- Set up a framework for managing and maintaining your tests.
- Get the tests running fully automated in CI or equivalent.
- Full documentation, and dashboard to view your test results.
Agent-ready CI
Take your test setup to the next level. Make it easy for coding agents to run tests, write tests, and debug failures.
- 2–6 weeks
- Fixed price
This is for you if
- AI agents write some or all of your code.
- You're moving fast, but need confidence in what you're building.
- You need structure around what is covered, and by which tests.
What I'll do
- Map how you run tests today, what happens when they fail, and how agents get involved.
- Standardise artifacts and failure evidence so a person or an agent can tell what broke.
- A test plan and behavioural coverage map: what's covered, what's still to do, which tests belong to which parts of the product.
- Skill files so agents know how to run tests, write tests, and debug failures without making the suite worse.
- Full documentation, and dashboard to view your test results.

A few sentences about the stack and the tests is enough. I'll tell you how I can help.
